Finished Railing Viewed above is the “aesthetic” railing used on the sidewalk side of the bridge. There is some decorative (if you would call it that) molding on the face of the railing and open metal tubing used on top of the concrete wall. The thing I do like about this railing, as opposed to the more standard Jersey style barrier, is that the open metal tube gives a view of the river below. With the solid barriers all you get to see is a block of concrete as you cross the bridge. Not that this river is very scenic, but it is nice to get a glimpse when crossing. A Taste of Orange I wanted to create a table that would not only be functional but also work as a work of art - a sculpture, a painting and a decorative object. Once again it is made from recycled metal tubes and plate that have been shaped and sculpted.
